The True-i vehicle black box is typically installed at the front
and/or back windscreen facing outward.
Is there any precaution prior
to installation of True-i ?
Yes. Please make sure the upper position of device should not
blocked by any metallic objects or too close to car ceiling
which may affect receiving GPS signals.
Some cases, the metallic base sun protection film affects the GPS signals
and affecting data collection for speed, position and time.
How do I view my recorded files
?
The files are playback by inserting the SD card into computer
using the "True-i viewer" software
(Refer to user manual for detailed explanation) or instant play on display
device having A/V IN socket.
